Ready-to-ship products are shipped within 1-3 business days.
All other orders are processed within 10-15 business days. Each item is custom made so please be patient. We do accept rush orders. If you need your order by a certain time, please message us via email. We will try to accommodate you the best we can.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays and holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
All items are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS).
We are not liable for lost or stolen packages. If your package goes missing, we will contact our shipping carrier to track the delivery information, but we cannot be held responsible if an order shows confirmed delivery to the correct address
If you receive your order in a damaged condition, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
